Outreach Care of Upper Bucks county was founded by volunteers at the Quakertown Food Pantry who recognized the need for emergency shelter in our community.
Outreach Care is the realization of this group's vision for a place that welcomes men, women, and families in need of safe shelter and linkage to other basic living resources in our community.
